“No Ordinary World” was held in February 2018 at the gallery CVFAC in Globe, Arizona. Thank goodness I did this show who knew that Covid - 19 would be such a problem this year of 2020/21. I painted 36 new pieces in 3 months time. Traveling to - Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Panama and Hawaii to find my creative spirit after my friend suggested to me that “Water is God’s natural tranquilizer.” See that path ? that is me on it. The journey to play in the oceans, walks on the beaches, relax and rejuvenate myself by exploring these beautiful sites in our world. This is when I realized more than ever - this is truly , “ No Ordinary World” that we all live in today. Thus developed the name of the above show piece of art and my Art Show February 2018. Our world despite its flaws is pretty fantastic, and beautiful just like the people you meet on our journeys. Sadly, lock down inspired me to make some pretty inspiring art in the studio. Really someone said some of my best work ever to come out of the studio thus began my “One World” - series and “Fall Series . In 2023 I just finished the series “The Seasons, and “ Echoes of Me” in a fall calendar series. 2023 Art does not begin and end. It is an on-going fluid process of creativity, exploration and renewal. Just back from Sedona painting with Beverly Todd 3/22/24. It was fantastic. Next stop Palm Springs 4/2024.
